1) What Ink Now does
Ink Now is a finger drawing / note app. Your drawings and app settings are stored locally on your device unless you choose to export or share them.
2) Information we collect
We do not collect personal information such as your name, email, address, contacts, or location through the Ink Now app.
We do not collect analytics or tracking data, and Ink Now does not include advertising SDKs.
3) Information stored on your device
Ink Now stores the following locally on your device:
- Your drawings/notes.
- Your app preferences (for example, theme/brush settings).
This data is used only to provide app functionality. It is not uploaded to our servers because we do not operate servers for Ink Now content.
4) In-App Purchases
Ink Now offers an optional one-time in-app purchase to unlock features.
- Purchases are processed by Apple via the App Store.
- We do not receive or store your payment details.
- Apple may provide us with non-identifying transaction information necessary to validate entitlement (for example, product identifiers).
5) Data sharing
We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information. We do not share your drawings/notes with third parties because we do not receive them.
6) Exports and sharing
If you choose to export images (e.g., PNG) or share them using iOS share options, that content leaves the app only through the method you choose. Any third-party destination (e.g., Messages, Mail, cloud storage) is governed by that service’s privacy policy.
7) International users
Ink Now is developed in Australia and distributed globally via the Apple App Store. Because Ink Now does not collect personal data, we generally do not process personal information across borders through the app.
8) Legal basis and Australian privacy considerations
As an Australian-based developer, we aim to align with the intent of the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs). Because Ink Now does not collect personal information, many APP obligations are not triggered for typical app usage.
9) Children’s privacy
Ink Now does not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us and we will address it.
10) Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to reflect app changes (for example, if we add optional analytics in the future). We will update the “Effective date” above when changes are made.
